Hassle Free Returns

All of our products are covered with a Warranty against defects.

Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns must be in original product packaging. All items are returnable within 30 days of original purchase less shipping cost and must be in brand new or same condition as received, resalable condition otherwise store credit will be issued. Free shipping items that are returned will be refunded the purchase price less shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours, so that we can correct the situation, No Refunds on Classic Car Parts. Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable. To obtain return authorization, please send us an email.
Orders above 30 (thirty) pounds require a commercial delivery address otherwise standard shipping costs may apply

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Replacement or Store Credit only, upon return of the damaged unit.

Local Returns: Due to local and national regulations as per Covid 19 guidelines, Local Returns are currently Suspended.

Order Cancellations:

Any order cancellations should be requested via email (info@ozsgarage.com) and must be done before your order is processed and stored into our shipment container. Shipping containers begin loading by 11:30AM on weekdays (not including holidays).
